The purpose of the SPRC committee is to act as an interface between the church staff, the congregation, and the District. The committee handles personnel changes, including interviewing and hiring new staff members. Another part of the committee’s responsibility is to handle concerns brought forth by members of the congregation that pertain to the staff. This committee also reports to the District Church Conference on an annual basis regarding salaries and staff performance.
